Important information about our products

Bedding 🛌

Our bedsheets (Bedding) is made in India 🇮🇳 and we’re providing best Quality sheets to our customers  since 2021. We started our business in Australia and with all the love and support we expended internationally and now we ship in USA, UK, CANADA and Italy as well.

It’s very rare but sometimes it happens during production that sheets can have colour misdraw, misprinting, Knots(tightly tangled knot fibers) etc. We do check every single item before we pack and dispatch to ensure the quality. No exchange and refunds will be issued for these minor things as it doesn’t effects the Quality and use of bedsheets, quilts or blankets.

Fitted sheets-We put special efforts to make customised Fitted Bedsheets that covers big high mattress in (countries such as Australia, canada, UK, USA and New Zealand). We buy Super king flat sheets and get them fitted, however, king size mattress sizing can vary by size because it’s made by different manufacturers. So we can’t guarantee fitted sheets will fit 100% accurate. No exchange or refund will be offered. 

Clothing- We try our best to help customers with sizes, however , with online shopping we can’t assure that size would be 100% accurate to your size and we don’t offer exchange or return for any clothing items. 

No refunds or Exchange for international order-

We don’t have exchange, return policy for international orders that are dispatched from our warehouse in India.

No exchange or return policy for NZ customer for orders dispatched from Australia as well. 

International shipping is really expensive and every order shipping cost is $100 AUD approximately and shipping charges goes over $140-150 for 10 Kg + orders. Returning or exchanging items cost double the shipping which is higher than the actual price of the items. Shipping charges paid by customer at checkout is just the 10-20 % of the actual shipping charges and rest is covered by us. 

1) Where are all these products manufactured?

Answer - Our products are made in India.

2) Do my order will get shipped from Australia or from warehouse in India? 
Answer - Most of the orders specifically from Australia and New Zealand get dispatched from Australia, however, depending on the stock availability and many other factors some orders get dispatched from warehouse in New Delhi India. International order from USA, Canada, Italy, and UK get shipped only from warehouse in INDIA

3) Is there any minimum order requirement and how do I know the weight of the product?

Answer - There are no minimum order requirements for orders; however, it is worth to order 8 kg and above because per KG rate on orders above 8 Kg is better. 

- Weight of the bedding set or dress is mentioned in the description of every product and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. 

 4) What happens if I put wrong or incomplete address mistakenly while placing an order? 

Please Contact us immediately on theartofbeddinginternational@gmail.com with correct address. We can only change the address if the parcel is still with us but we cannot do anything once  your order is dispatched. However, we will try our best to inform courier service provider but no responsibility will be taken as a result.  

4) Do customers have to pay customs charges?

Customs charges - International parcels can be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or DUTY that customers are required to pay depending on the Customs rules and regulations in their country (Specially in CANADA). Custom charges are generally around $10-$45 CAD Approximately depending on various factors.

  1. Customers in AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, USA and UK don't have to pay custom charges on personal courier sent by us (we are saying this on the basis of our experience from last 3.5 years), however, customers in Canada are required to pay custom charges determines by CBSA (Canada border service Agency).
  2. Please note - The Art of Bedding do not cover any custom charges from 12/09/2022. Customers are required to pay custom charges. 
  3. Custom charges are different to shipping charges. The Art of Bedding set shipping charges on website and Custom charges are set by custom authorities in every country. So, customers in Canada are required to pay custom duty. 

5) How Long will my order take to arrive?

Answer - 2 Weeks approximately for international parcels 📦
